Safe. Seen. Sovereign.

Hey, I'm Camilla.

I support you if love often feels like waiting, hoping, and fighting — back into inner safety, self-respect, and a closeness where you no longer have to abandon yourself.

State-recognized physiotherapist · trauma-informed process facilitation (including training with Emanuel Erk) · yoga teacher (AYA) · WATSU practitioner

About Me

My Path

My path began in physiotherapy. With the body. And before long, I realized that the concerns people brought to me were rarely only physical. Behind them were stress, tension, old stories, and feelings that often had nowhere else to go.

My sensitivity often allowed me to perceive more than the symptom itself. It led me deeper: into working with the nervous system, attachment, and trauma. Through yoga, bodywork and energy work, WATSU, and trauma-informed training, I found my way step by step toward the work I do today.

And honestly: I do not only know the patterns at the heart of this work from books. The waiting, the hoping, abandoning yourself so you do not lose closeness. I have walked this path myself, and I continue to walk it. That is why I know that understanding alone is not enough. And that is exactly why this work matters so deeply to me.

Who I Support

If you feel deeply and quickly lose your ground in relationships.

Maybe from the outside you seem reflective, sensitive, and perhaps even successful. And still, in love, dating, or relationships, there are moments when something inside you suddenly shifts.

You wait for messages, read between the lines, analyze every detail, and struggle to find inner peace.

You long for real closeness, yet notice yourself adapting, hoping, or holding on even when something is not good for you.

You often feel your own needs and boundaries clearly only after you have already crossed them.

You want to experience love that does not feel like fighting, but safer, more honest, and softer.

How I Support You

So you can show up differently in closeness.

In mentoring, we do not only look at what you think. We also include your body, your nervous system, and the older experiences that often become active in relationship.

Understand relationship patterns without judging yourself for them

Make sense of fear of loss, hoping, waiting, analyzing, and adapting

Recognize emotional dependency and develop more inner steadiness step by step

Calm your nervous system instead of making yourself wrong for your reactions

Feel your needs and boundaries again and stand with yourself more honestly

My Way of Working

Slow enough for it to truly land in you.

My work is honest, body-based, and trauma-informed. We do not work with pressure, self-optimization, or quick tips that pull you even further away from yourself.

Instead, we create a space for safety, self-contact, compassion, and your pace. You do not have to prove anything, perform anything, or already know exactly what is going on.

This work is not about making you better. It is about helping you feel yourself more clearly — so you can stay calmer, clearer, and closer to yourself in relationships.

Personal Story

Why I understand women in this so deeply

I do not only know these patterns from theory. I know adapting, hoping, and analyzing. I know the strong focus on the other person and the feeling of noticing my own boundaries much too late.

For a long time, I tried to find safety through understanding, functioning, and holding myself together. Only when I began to take my own feelings, body reactions, and old attachment patterns seriously in a trauma-informed way did something in me begin to shift.

That is why this work is personal to me and clear at the same time. I know how confusing and shame-filled relationship pain can feel. And I know how much becomes possible when a woman learns not to abandon herself in love anymore.
