When you do not know how to move forward alone

Then a free introductory call is a calm first step. You briefly share where you are right now, and together we will see which entry point might feel right for you.

Book Introductory Call

A phrase, made concrete

What it means to abandon yourself

Your focus moves further and further outward: What is he thinking? Why is he not replying? What do I need to do so the closeness remains? While you try to read the other person and secure the connection, your own needs, boundaries, and body signals become quieter.

You put your needs aside, adapt, soften your boundaries, or stay in situations that are not good for you because you are afraid of losing the connection. In the process, you lose sight of yourself more and more.

Trauma-informed orientation session

When It Hurts Right Now

You wait for a message, reread chats, or wonder whether you are overreacting. A concrete dating or relationship situation will not let you go, and you first need a clear reflection.

You can distinguish more clearly what is happening between you, what is activating an old pattern, and which next step feels right for you.

At a glance

  • 1 × 90-minute online individual session
  • Short questionnaire beforehand
  • Written summary and 1–3 next steps by email

Why this format?

A good fit when one concrete situation feels urgent and you want orientation before deciding on longer support.

Out of the Inner Fight

You already know that waiting, hoping, or adapting is not good for you — and still slip into it as soon as closeness feels uncertain. Your focus returns to the other person while your own needs and boundaries become quieter.

You learn to notice these moments earlier, understand your body responses more clearly, and return to yourself more quickly after emotional activation.

At a glance

  • 6 weeks · 3 × 75-minute online sessions
  • The first two sessions weekly, the third after an integration break
  • Reflection prompts and optional email check-ins

Why this format?

A good fit when you already recognize your pattern but need support to practice and stabilize new responses in everyday life.

Into Calmer Love

You are not only facing one difficult situation. The same dynamics move through your dating or relationships: intense hope, fear of loss, adapting, or holding on. You want to understand the pattern underneath and relate to closeness differently over time.

You strengthen your self-contact, take your boundaries and needs more seriously, and gather new experiences of closeness without adapting or holding on out of fear.

At a glance

  • 12 weeks · 6 × 75–90-minute online sessions
  • Weekly at the beginning, followed by wider integration gaps
  • Check-ins, fitting exercises or audio prompts, and a 30-minute follow-up

Why this format?

A good fit when the pattern keeps repeating and you want enough time and continuity to embody new experiences in everyday life, not only understand them.

A gentle note

My work does not replace psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, or crisis intervention. It is trauma-informed mentoring if you want to better understand your relationship patterns and take new steps in self-contact, boundaries, and closeness.
